1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple! Browse our collections, add your favorite products to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose between Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Transfer (Advance Payment) as your payment method.


2. What are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat delivery fee of PKR 200 on all orders below PKR 3000.
Free Delivery on orders above PKR 3000.


3. When will I receive my order?

Our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation.
Please note: Delivery may take slightly longer during sales or seasonal events.


4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.
You can also choose to pay through Bank Transfer in advance for your convenience.


5. What is your Exchange & Return policy?

We offer exchange and refund on products if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • Wrong item or wrong size is delivered.
  • Exchange/Return requests are made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Note: Items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Do you offer size exchanges?

Absolutely! If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange within 3 days.
Refer to our Size Guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
